A Hoppy Haunting

The Story (as I remember it)….

It was nearing 11 p.m. and my mate (Adam) and I were enjoying a quiet night at home watching my favorite horror movie, the remake of House on Haunted Hill. Well, I should say I was watching it as Adam had fallen asleep an hour ago. Just as the credits were rolling and my bourbon glass emptied, the police scanner I had installed at my nest blared an AIR police code at the nearby Old Gavin Mill. AIR? That was an aircraft incident. What in the world? This was near Halloween, of course. Perhaps misguided youth playing a prank. Regardless, I had to find out for myself. Off I flew to investigate.
